E- Beam
E-Beam is a highly engineered Laminated Veneer Lumber product that offers builders many benefits over traditional building products.
An engineered product:
Because it is engineered, e-beam performs consistently and reliably. With a Coefficient of Variation of 9% (see diagram), its behaviour is more predictable than traditional timber products. This makes it easier to work with and reduces the builder’s exposure to future maintenance problems.
High strength to weight ratio:
e-beam also has a higher strength to weight ratio than timber, which means that you need less e-beam than you would timber to do the same job. This not only has the potential to reduce raw material costs, it also speeds up construction, saving the builder time and labour.
Light weight:
e-beam weighs up to half the equivalent piece of hardwood, which makes it easier and safer to work with. This also reduces the need for mechanical lifting, which in turn speeds up the construction process.
Longer lengths:
e-beam is available in longer lengths than timber, creating more opportunities at the design and specification stages of a project.
Range of thicknesses:
e-beam is available in a range of thicknesses including 36mm, 45mm, 63mm and 75mm, with depths from 95mm to 450mm.

E – Joist
E – Joist combines the latest engineered wood technology with LVL to create a floor joist that is light weight, strong and easy to install.
E‑ Joist utilises a Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) flange and a structural web. Flanges are manufactured by laminating predominantly Maritime Pine veneer using phenolic adhesive in a continuous assembly in which the grain direction of all veneers runs longitudinally. e-joist provides greater design flexibility for an economical floor joist layout. Whilst it retains the same strength as a solid beam of the same size, it which uses much less wood which makes it lighter to work with as well as providing cost savings.
Available in a range of depths and flange widths:
- 45mm
- 51mm
- 63mm
- 90mm
- 200-45 240-45 300-45
- 240-51 300-51
- 360-63

E Form
E-Form are engineered LVL beams that have been purpose designed for the high load bearing and corrosive environment of the concrete formwork industry.
The use of slow growing, high density maritime pine makes e-form the highest load bearing formwork LVL beams available in Australia.
A high wax loading in the moisture repellent coating improves the dimensional stability of e-form, extending its life and cost effectiveness.
Available in the following standard sizes:
- 95 x 47
- 95 x 65
- 130 x 77
- 150 x 77
- 230 x 77
Features
- Highest strength, yet light to handle.
- High wax content moisture repellent protective coating for improved dimensional stability.
- Engineered straightness and consistent performance.
- Manufactured in lengths up to 12m, minimising wastage.
- Chamfered edges for comfortable handling.
- Manufactured from 100% plantation pine.

E Beam+F17
E-Batten engineered LVL roof battens are designed to support metal sheeting under dynamic and static loads.. e-battens are fully engineered to perform consistently.
Manufactured in a single size of 58×32 and available in a length of 6.3m, e-battens reduce wastage of material and time.
Features
- Engineered straightness and performance
- Arrised corners for safer and easier handling
- Manufactured in length of 6.3m to align with truss and rafter spacing
- Cross banded veneers to minimize end splitting
- Manufactured from 100% plantation pine

E Frame
E-Frame is an engineered solution for traditional subfloor framing.
Purpose engineered e-frame has greater strength and uniformity than sawn timber, and is comparatively lighter, making it safer and easier to handle.
E-Frame is termite treated, providing a robust barrier to termite attack in above ground applications.
Features
- Engineered for straightness and consistent performance
- Termite treated
- Longer lengths to minimise wastage
- High strength yet lighter and safer to handle
- Chamfered edges for safer and more comfortable handling
- Manufactured from 100% plantation pine
